“Really great experience here with Dr. Kim and the front staff were very helpful and respectful. They made the procedure and aftercare very easy, during the circumcision they made it very comfortable and Dr. Kim was able to take any questions I had at any time after the procedure. Dr. Miguel Mercado is a board-certified urologist with many years of experience in urology procedures, including circumcisions. He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, taking the time to explain everything clearly.

Most importantly, we appreciate that he makes patients feel comfortable, even when discussing private matters! 

The office is clean and well-maintained, and the doctor and his team take care to perform procedures safely. However, they’ve had patients raise concerns about the office’s management and communication, which might affect the overall experience.

Pain management is very important for a procedure like circumcision. While Dr. Mercado is caring and checks on patients’ comfort during the procedure, he’s had patients who feel the pain relief options could be better.

Aftercare and support at the clinic are generally good, but there is room for improvement. The team can sometimes be hard to reach, and the discharge instructions are not always clear.
