5 Best Eye Lash Studios in Houston

5 Best Eye Lash Studios in Houston
  • Quality lashes: The ideal eye lash studio in Houston should carry mink or silk lashes to truly make them live up to the hype. Synthetic lashes are fine too, but they have to be of good quality to not trigger any allergies!

  • Easy booking system: The main problem people have with eye lash studios in Houston is their complicated booking procedures which can leave some people confused. Thus, we’re looking for an easy booking process - offline or online!

  • Affordable prices: Lash appointments can be expensive - thus, we’re looking for eye lash studios in Houston that don’t charge an arm and a leg, yet still provide stellar service!

  • Miscellaneous services (optional): This one’s optional, but some eye lash studios in Houston also offer miscellaneous services like waxing, eyebrow threading, and the like. Though it’s not required, it’s still worth some points for us!

Pros

  • Plenty of lash services are available
  • Event services are available
  • Lots of miscellaneous services
  • Easy online booking process

Cons

  • Expensive appointments

With a generally high rating, you would expect Wink Lash Bar to be one of the best eye lash studios in Houston – and since they have lots of lash treatments and even an event service available – that might be the case!

We liked Wink Lash Bar’s extensive lash treatments. The classic eyelash extension ensures that you’ll have a great-looking lash, and we recommend it for first-timers. But if it’s not your first time, then the Lash Lift is a great way to touch up your lashes.

But if lashes aren’t quite your thing, then you can also visit them for your waxing appointments! They can wax your face and your body, and they make sure that the wax they use is soft and can be used for all skin types, even the more sensitive ones.

The best thing though is that Wink Lash Bar can do your makeup for you on your special occasion! They make sure to follow both what suits you and what you want, which is a really nice touch for brides-to-be.

The one thing that we don’t appreciate as much about Wink Lash Bar is their prices. You will have to spend $150 for the Classic Eyelash Extension, and it will take 90 minutes. But their stellar service and relaxing atmosphere more than makeup for it!

Then again, it’s a small price to pay when you consider their easy online booking process. All you need are a few clicks and you’re good to go – you even have the choice of choosing your technician of choice!

Pros

  • Great service on lash appointments
  • No maintenance on permanent makeup
  • The booking system allows you to choose staff
  • Aftercare store provides a great variety

Cons

  • Permanent makeup service is expensive

With great service and an amazing aftercare store that can help you maintain their treatments, The Lash Lounge goes above and beyond by providing their clients with the best eye lash studio experience in Houston!

We really have to commend The Lash Lounge’s service on their lash appointments. Yes, they use synthetic lashes for their lash extensions – but they’re all lush and safe, plus their staff apply them really well you can’t tell the difference.

And if lashes aren’t your thing, then you can get their permanent make-up service so that you’ll wake up looking like your ideal self every morning! Better still, if you get it then you won’t need to touch it up every time you get sweaty.

That being said, getting permanent makeup is a relatively expensive service, given its convenient nature. The least expensive option, the ombre brows, will set you back $450 – and the follow-up service will cost $200.

And though it might look like you’ll be spending more money with their aftercare store, it’s not a waste at all when you consider that all of their products are all-natural and can help you maintain their treatments, along with some general beauty products.

Pros

  • Reasonable prices for lash extensions
  • $20 eyebrow tinting
  • Mink lashes available
  • New set of lashes after 8 weeks

Cons

  • Non-refundable $25 for new clients’ bookings

Want to get your “ideal” lashes? Then we recommend giving  Ideal Lash Studio a visit – and try out mink lashes for a much lower price than you might expect!

Yes, getting real mink lash extensions for you will set you back $99 for the premium, authentic experience – that’s a steal for mink lashes! They can also apply color and two-tone lashes for special occasions, and they charge $25 for extension removal.

We also liked their eyebrow tinting service, too! Their technicians are really good, and the final result ends in beautiful, fuller eyebrows. Best of all, you won’t have to spend an arm and a leg to get your eyebrows tinted – all for $20!

Yes, their prices are cheap. But we have to warn you that you will have to pay a $25 non-refundable booking fee if it’s your first time at  Ideal Lash Studio – either that, or they keep your credit card on file to make sure there are no no-shows.

But if you ask us – it’s worth the booking fee. Once you’re a regular, their price becomes that much more affordable. For instance, getting an eyelash refill on your mink lash will cost you $80 after four weeks – or you’ll be getting a new one applied!

Pros

  • Good price for first-time clients
  • Micrfoblading service is efficient
  • The website contains useful pre-care info
  • Great aftercare program

Cons

  • Closed on Sundays

If it’s your first time getting your lashes done, then we suggest giving Dream Lash Studio a shot! We liked the affordable price, and they also have pre-guide information on their website for you before your microblade appointment, too!

We really liked the lashes that they use. Though they use synthetic lashes, the quality is still good and it feels really nice on the skin, and it won’t fall apart easily since they use medical-grade adhesive to apply it.

Their Microblading is good, too! The color lasts for a really long time, and it looks natural. Besides, if you take good care of it then it can potentially last for at least 5 years, with good aftercare.

Plus, they also have a pre-care and post-care checklist on their website for first-timers containing what you should do before and after your appointment, making them great for first-timers.

The only thing we didn’t like about Dream Lash Studio is that they’re closed for business on Sundays, which can be inconvenient for those only available on the weekends. But overall, our experience is still stellar and we liked all of their appointments.

Plus, they’re relatively budget-friendly, especially for first-timers! It costs $89 for your first-time eyelash extension appointment and $200 for your first-time microblading – and that’s relatively cheap for something that lasts for a long time!

Pros

  • Affordable prices with promos or not
  • Lots of special treatments
  • Laser hair removal is available

Cons

  • Refills are the same as the original price

Couture-style mink eyelashes for $210? Yes, please!

Couture iLash Studio stands out from other eye lash studios in Houston not just by providing excellent lashes and their amazing list of special treatments, but also by providing a huge discount when they have their promos active!

Yes, as we’ve mentioned above, their mink eyelashes are $210. But if you wait a little for their promos, then it’ll save you a lot of money – $85 to be exact. Their promotions run for a limited time, so you’ll have to hurry if you want to save money!

Now although you’ll save a lot of money with their promos, you’ll have to pay full price for them once you get a refill, which can cost you more money than you originally paid for.

But lashes aren’t the only thing Couture iLash Studio can do for you – they also have Collagen Lips and Laser Hair Removal, too! The Collagen Lips really show up after just a single appointment and make your lips look fuller.

The Laser Hair Removal treatment will set you back from $60 – $500 depending on the part that you want, but it will leave you smooth, plus the hair won’t be growing back for a long time.
