The Concierge at breakfast on R24 for the Executive floor guests was very helpful to me and my daughters and went above and beyond to show exceptional service. “Great place to stay. The rooms were modern and clean. The restaurant had delicious food. I recommend the wedge salad, burger, chicken sandwich, & fries. Although our ETA never gets us to an Embassy Suites before the end of the managers reception, Irma was fantastic behind the bar. Order an Old Fashioned with bullet rye, you won’t be disappointed. Great breakfast, omelet chef does a great job. Loved the suggested omelet.”

“I’m pretty sure I’ll be staying at this chain of hotels all the time from now on. Because of the excellent service and the cleanliness and the HOT water! The food, pool, comfy bed, free parking and the free drinks! It’s perfect for the price in this economy. I like to try different hotels and I think that’s over for now. If there is a Drury near by that’s where I’ll be. I didn’t even leave the hotel while my husband was handling his business. My crazy 3-year-old and I are perfectly happy staying in all weekend.”

Absolutely one of the top

“This is absolutely one of the top Best Westerns and hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the general manager down to the breakfast staff, the customer service is friendly. My room was beautiful, very clean, and an extremely comfortable bed. From a safety standpoint and convenience to restaurants, IH 10, etc, this location is great. My only negative would be the small pillows on the bed. Would be a little more comfortable if they had full size pillows. But for the value and all the other positives, this is a small thing. I’ll definitely stay here for the next SABC Tournament.”
