For an urban barbershop, the establishment is very clean and professional. That’s the first thing we noticed when we visited.

From our observations, we also saw how Joel keenly pays attention to each of his customer’s needs.

We like how Joel practices social distancing with all his clientele and wears a mask. In between customers, we saw him sanitizing all his equipment.

Oh, and we noticed some children here too! We were actually impressed by the ability of the barbers to help the children feel at ease before beginning to cut their hair. 

Overall, it was plain to see from the atmosphere that everyone we observed loved working there, and the customers’ smiles said a thousand words.
