We recently visited URBN Dental and were thoroughly impressed with the quality of their services. The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable throughout our appointments.

The Dentists at Houston Westchase strive to make their patients’ experiences at their office unlike any other dental facility. At least that’s what we heard. 

Some customers commented on the atmosphere of their office, claiming it was nothing like a typical dental office. Instead, the office was compared to being at a relaxing spa. 

Moreover, other customers gave remarks about the affordable dental treatment. Customers also appreciated the variety of payment options made available to them. 

From our observations of The Dentists at Houston Westchase, we can testify that they provide to all who visit their office, patient or not, an enjoyable, stress-free experience. Our client noted that it was a refreshing take compared to the usual dental office. 

Upon entering the reception lounge, warm greetings and smiles came from all the staff. Immediately, our client was offered refreshments such as coffee, water, and tea. 

However, our client was informed by the receptionist, it may take up to thirty minutes to see the dentist. Because of the long wait time, it made sense why the lounge area was filled with adults taking advantage of the in-house wifi. 

Of course, a wide array of movies and Netflix shows were available on smart TVs all around the office. Most of the children in the lounge watched the TVs while waiting with their parents for their appointments. 

Besides the extensive amenities offered to their patients, our client witnessed The Dentists at Houston Westchase using Itero Digital Scanning and 3D CT Imaging. 

The dental assistants informed our clients that not only do the use of these advanced dentistry technologies result in less radiation, but they also provide advanced imaging for a quick diagnosis. 

As our client further observed the husband and wife duo, Dr. Mc Ray and Dr. Robbins, their commitment to keeping their patients comfortable was clear. 

Whether it was a general dentist appointment, an implant, or even a tooth extraction, each patient sat in a luxurious leather chair and was given a hot towel after each treatment. 

By the way, The Dentists at Houston Westchase do accept dental insurance and a variety of major PPO insurance plans. 

Their flexibility in payment options demonstrated to our client that they genuinely care about their patients and strive to offer reasonable dental care to all. 

Various customers we spoke to mentioned that Midtown Dentistry rushed through their dental exams and did not explain thoroughly the treatment plans being prescribed to them. Some even claimed that they didn’t get a chance to see their X-rays.

Despite these comments, other regular patients of Midtown Dentistry complemented the warmness and kindness of all on the dental office staff. Others told us how refreshed and welcoming they felt, even just waiting in the lobby.  

Through our tester client, we took note of the helpful preventive dental measures the staff of Midtown Dentistry took to provide their clients with the best possible treatment for them. 

When we called to set up an appointment, the woman we spoke with was patient, helpful and addressed all of our concerns. We did note though that their availability may be scarce due to not being available on the weekends.

Regardless of this, as soon as our client entered the Midtown Dentistry office, they were warmly welcomed with bright smiles. 

Although our client did need to wait around 30 minutes to see the dentist, the lobby had refreshments, and comfortable chairs. There was even a beautiful patio available to sit on outside the office as well. 

One thing our client noted was that during their general exam, the X-ray tech guided them through everything that needed to be done. Yet, they were not shown their X-rays.

Upon talking and meeting with Dr. Loan, though, our client was shown various x-ray images displaying the problematic areas of their dental health. 

Dr. Loan was straightforward about recommended treatment options and answered any questions our client had. 

Prestige Dental is a top-rated dental office that accommodates a wide range of dental treatments for specific purposes and fields such as cosmetic dentistry and dental implants among many others.

We like that their whole staff and clinic is specifically designed to help clients have a more comfortable and pleasant experience with them to ease the stress that comes with visiting dentists.

Past clients have also commended them for their excellent and warm personnel rapport and equally effective services that have led them to avail of their services time and time again.

Rates aren’t readily available though so clients may need to inquire with them first or request an appointment should they need further details on this.
