We recently had the opportunity to shadow Erika Basurto as she assisted her clientele. After our interactions with Erika, we can verify that she is an experienced real estate investor with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. 

At first it was difficult to get a hold of her office, but when we did, we met her and her team of high-level professionals. As a bonus, they turned out to be bilingual.

There were a lot of things to like about working with them. We thought it was awesome that Erika and her team offered coaching classes and mentorship programs for those interested in investing, for example. 

Regarding Erika’s skills as an investor, she is highly organized and attentive to detail. We thought she was very responsive and willing to answer any questions. 

Furthermore, we also liked how Erika offers her clients a wide range of services. From what we observed, she dealt with all aspects of helping her clients’ real estate investments, from finding the right property to managing it. 

In terms of resources, Erika has a vast network of reliable professionals who can help with any repairs or renovations that her clients may need for the properties they invested in.

When we went for a consultation with New Western, we were impressed with the quality of their services. One of the main things we liked about their staff and services was the level of professionalism they brought to the table. 

Their team of experts was clearly highly trained and well-versed in the real estate industry, making them well-prepared to handle any possible challenges. Additionally, they provided advice in clear, layman-friendly terms, making the process much easier.

Another thing noted was the level of dedication and commitment they show to clients. Their clients told us they went the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcome for investments. 

Furthermore, from what we observed, the experts at New Western understand the Houston real estate market and rehab costs. Plus, even after closing, they serve as liaisons for transition matters between them and the previous owner of the properties they’re investing in. 

On the flip side, one of the things we don’t like about New Western is that their services can be quite expensive. Their services may not be the best fit for everyone, as they may not have the resources or capabilities to meet the needs of some clients.

PIN – Passive Investor Network is a reliable and trustworthy source for passive investors to access various investment opportunities. At least, that’s how people described it to us when they suggested it. 

To start, PIN stood out to us among the recommendations because of its comprehensive suite of services that investors can use to identify and access the best portfolio deals. We like how PIN’s investors have access to many opportunities, including those in alternative asset classes.

Moreover, we think it’s great that PIN’s portfolio of options is constantly updated. This is great because it allows you to diversify your investments as an investor. 

Furthermore, we find that their variety of resources helps you as an investor make informed decisions, such as detailed analysis and data on individual investments. 

In addition, PIN’s team is highly experienced. We think it’s advantageous that all of their advisors are certified financial planners with expertise in different investment areas. 

However, the one thing we don’t like about PIN is that their fees can be a bit high. This may make some investors refrain from using their company. 

Additionally, we found that their customer service was not as responsive as some investors would like. 

Despite these things, PIN makes it easy to build and maintain real estate investments. They walk you through it from beginning to end, making them a fairly good choice for absolute newbies who haven’t decided yet how active or passive they want to be as investors.

The search for investment potential can be overwhelming and sometimes scary. But many we’ve spoken to who’ve worked alongside Networth Realty claim their team makes the investing process a breeze. 

The knowledge and the team’s service apparently put many aspiring investors at ease. We witnessed that firsthand as we observed Networth Reality’s interactions with their clients. 

However, we actually didn’t get off to a great start. Their customer service lines were always busy when we called. 

Despite this, we liked the rest of what we saw and experienced after we finally scheduled a consultation. For example, we like that Networth Realty’s staff specializes in helping investors find great deals through every step, from locating the property to selling it. 

We thought it was  beneficial to all parties involved that Networth Realty works well with their clients, buyers, and sellers to get properties closed. Clients we talked to described a lot of personal advice and guidance as part of the experience here.

Additionally, we noted that they offer a decent range of services real estate investors can use, such as property management, renovation, and financial services. However, Networth Realty of Houston LLC is not always clear about the fees associated with its services, which we think can confuse some investors.

Customers of Noble Mortgage raved to us about the level of service and professionalism offered by their investors and services. Others bragged that their real estate investing experience was second to none. 

After observing the team at Noble Mortgage, what first stood out to us was how simple they made the investment process. 

We also thought it was great that they offer a broad range of investment products, from conventional and jumbo loans to low-cost refinance options.

Moreover, we found that their experienced loan officers are knowledgeable in helping to ensure that customers get the best possible loan product for their needs. We liked how their company has a long history of making sound investments, which assures many clients that their funds are in good hands. 

While we were generally pleased with the services offered by Noble Mortgage and Investments, there were a few areas where we thought improvement was needed. 

For one, their customer service could be more accessible, as they did not respond promptly. 

Whether contacted through email or phone, we had to wait a few days before hearing back from them. A lagging response is not beneficial at all. 

They could also benefit from more transparent fees and competitive interest rates. That way, there aren’t any miscommunications between them and their clients.
