One of our team members recently worked with the IP Cameras & Networking team to install his home security cameras.

Regardless of response time, when he did receive a callback, he told us that their customer service team was friendly. He liked how they set up a consultation and installation for him the next day. 

From the initial consultation to the final installation, the IP Cameras & Networking team provided exceptional service and guidance. Our guy was thoroughly impressed with the installers’ professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail.

Furthermore, he liked how the installation process was seamless and efficient. The installer worked diligently to ensure that the cameras were installed securely and positioned for optimal coverage. 

What our team member found the most insightful was the thorough training on how to use the security camera system and answered all of his questions with patience and expertise.

However, as far as pricing goes, the installation was expensive. So, he stated to us that he would have appreciated more transparency in terms of pricing.

We recently observed the security camera installer team at Dr. Computer Service & Security and their interactions with their clientele. 

To start, we noted that their customer service team is not always available upon the first call. But we do like how they manage to get back to their clients later that same day to set up an initial appointment.

For those constantly on a time limit, the security camera installation team at Dr. Computer Service & Security didn’t always install the camera system within one day. We’ve observed that their installers usually take a week to finish the job, so note that. 

The quoted prices for some of their clients weren’t budget-friendly either. While pricing may be a concern for some customers, we believe that the quality of their services is worth the investment.

Regardless of prices, we thought it was great that their installers freely gave recommendations on camera placement. And if any of the security cameras didn’t work, they provided replacements at reasonable costs. 

We also liked how although their installers have to run the network cables to feed the cameras, the cabling is neat and professionally installed. After everything is set up, the installers even troubleshoot the security cameras to catch any errors. 

Furthermore, we liked how as a client, you can be confident that the security camera installers will answer any questions you have about operating the cameras if you’re new to using security systems.

Many people have raved to us about the smooth and easy security camera installation set up with Allied Home Security. However, others warned us about their slightly rude customer service. 

To verify what we heard, one of our team members employed Allied Home Security to install security cameras within her home and to maintain her outside system.

First of all, when our team member called for assistance, we didn’t like how the customer service team put her on hold for an incredibly long time. Once she finally got through to someone, the customer service representatives also asked her to try to diagnose the problem herself! 

Additionally, the customer service representative told her that Allied Home Security does not maintain security systems and only does the installation. 

Regardless, our team member still spoke with the sales manager, David, to schedule a security camera installation for her home (since that’s what we’re technically looking for). 

At this point, the company’s better traits started to show. David gave her a comprehensive rundown of the company’s security camera system advantages and features and guided her through determining her needs – even requesting images of her current camera system. 

Furthermore, the company sent out a security camera installer to her house the next day! Josh, the installer, called and left a voicemail 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment and arrived five minutes early.

He walked our team member through the setup steps and got it done in no time. After setting up the security camera, he checked all the sensors and showed her how to operate the system from the panel and the mobile app.

So installation-wise, they’re actually very good. It’s the support after that we’re a bit iffy about.

We observed Megasystems with their clientele firsthand and can verify that the claims are true. 

Right away, we noted the teamwork between Guy and Victor at Megasystems. We liked how they worked together to help their clients to get their camera systems working and are very responsive to their customers. 

Guy and Victor were professional and patient with their clients in every customer interaction we witnessed. 

We liked how it didn’t matter if the security camera systems were for homeowners or businesses. They made the installation process easy to understand and answered any questions. 

What we most liked, though, was how on their initial appointments, Guy and Victor inspect their clients’ properties and quickly point out the best places to install a security camera. 

They even go as far as to explain why those locations are the best, which we thought helped give peace of mind to their customers who’ve never had security cameras. 

Additionally, all of their security camera installations are efficient, and they left each of their client’s homes without causing disruption. 

In terms of the cameras themselves, we thought the quality of the equipment was superb. The images we saw were clear, and the cameras they installed captured a wide range of angles, which we think is essential for any home or office security needs. 

However, while the images were clear, we thought the cameras were quite bulky and not aesthetically pleasing. Offering security cameras that could blend in with various home and office designs would be an improvement. 

Unfortunately, the cameras Megasystems sells and installs stick out like a sore thumb. They do work great, though!

We recently worked with Houston Security Cameras Installers to install security cameras in one of our office buildings. 

For us, one of the standout features of Houston Security Cameras Installers was their professionalism. They were always prompt in their communications and arrived on time for all scheduled appointments. 

Additionally, we thought it was great that everyone we spoke with was knowledgeable about the products they were installing and could easily answer all of our questions.

We also liked the fact that Houston Security Cameras Installers offered a range of camera options to fit our specific needs. From night vision cameras to miniature cameras that are hardly visible, their selection is great for those who don’t want just one security camera. 

In terms of the cameras themselves, we were big fans of the quality of the equipment. The high-resolution cameras we selected provided clear images of our building’s interior and exterior—so, no staticky feed in the slightest.

However, there were a few downsides to the installation process. 

Firstly, the installation team was not as tidy as we would have liked. Some leftover materials and debris were left behind after the installation was complete, which required us to clean up. 

Furthermore, the installation process took longer than we had anticipated. While we understand that this may be due to the complexity of our building’s layout, having a more accurate timeline from the outset would have been helpful.
