    The aspect we love about Houston Auto Sales is their dedication to helping their clients find the right car for them.

    When guiding customers, the dealership’s salespersons thoroughly describe the features of each vehicle they’re showcasing. They provide some valuable facts about their cars, suggesting units based on the client’s needs.

    We appreciate the salesperson for their gentle sales tactics. They’re not aggressive in their sales pitch, using only factual details and courteousness to convince their customers to buy the car.

    Another notable thing about this used car dealership is their effort in helping their clients get their credit approved when buying cars.

    During the transaction, the salesperson helps the client in organizing their loan documents for faster credit approval. Some previous customers are thankful for the help because it enabled them to secure their dream vehicle from the shop.

    However, the company is quite sluggish when replying to emails asking about their services, taking almost weeks before message some clients back.

    It’s also a shame that they don’t provide a free car wash service to their customers, considering some of their units are dusty from sitting in the warehouse for a while.

    Still, it’s great that Houston Auto Sales Inc is quick in releasing the car’s documents. The dealership sends out these papers within the purchase date, which saves the client from going back and forth to retrieve these documents.

    Best Car For Less stood out from the rest because of how easy it is to book a test-drive appointment with them. 

    To schedule an appointment, all you need to send them is your name, contact details, and your preferred time and date of the car viewing and test drive. We like that they also send the list of required documents for a smoother transaction. 

    The one thing we don’t like concerning this used car dealership is their lack of descriptiveness when asked about the car on the phone. 

    Some customers told us that the salesperson insists that they come to their store for more information. Not only is this practice inconvenient but it also leaves some clients in the dark regarding the features of their desired unit.

    Also, their screening process is stricter than other companies. While we understand that some dealerships use income as a basis of approval, it would be better if the company lets individuals with lower salaries have a chance of buying cars from them.

    Regardless, we praise Best Car For Less because they include free inspection documents when selling used cars. 

    Aside from the car inspection report, they also give out the CARFAX Vehicle History Report of the car so clients are aware of significant details about their new purchase.

    Clients who bought a car from Titanium Auto Sale praise their team for their no-pressure sales tactic. When we visited their site, the staff greeted us with smiles, happily leading us to their lot to view their cars. 

    While watching their salesperson talk to clients, we noticed that they let people take their time in inspecting their units. The salesperson doesn’t rush the clients, only talking when asked about the condition of the car.

    In our opinion, this tactic is effective because the clients feel at peace while looking for the car. Buying a new car could feel overwhelming for some so this no-pressure sales pitch lets the client relax when considering their choices.

    However, we heard that there are rare instances of the company not notifying potential buyers that their desired car is already sold. This may be disappointing for some because they may be looking forward to buying the said vehicles.

    Also, we saw some cars with minor issues, including broken lights and terrible paint jobs. 

    To remedy that, Titanium Auto Sale provides free repair services to their customers. For major repairs that may take a while, they even provide clients with a temporary car to use for their transport needs.

    Most of the company’s payment plans have zero interest and only require $100 to $250 per month until the amount is fully paid. The company based their plans on the income of the client, making sure to only provide affordable financing options. 

    What we like about this practice is its consideration of low-income clients. Some people with low credit scores find it difficult to acquire loans so this service is extremely helpful, especially if these people need a vehicle for their family or work.

    This company, however, only has a handful of car models to choose from. Currently, they only have 14 cars available in their inventory.

    However, remember to take your purchased car to the mechanic because we heard complaints about the company’s car units having defects like noisy engines and dim headlights

    Also, the dealership charges an extra fee for vehicle tags for unregistered cars.

    Still, we praise ANF Auto Finance because it’s easy to contact their number. They also reply quickly to emails regarding their services.
