Pros
- Vietnamese buffet
- Big crawfish
- Plenty of desserts
- Tasty Vietnamese dim sum
Cons
- Small oysters
- Long lines
We recently visited Kim Son, a Vietnamese buffet restaurant, for lunch. The restaurant was crowded, but we were lucky enough to be seated quickly.
We were impressed by the sheer variety of dishes Kim Son had to offer. From BBQ pork to fried calamari rings and from pork legs to green beans, the buffet had a wide selection of Vietnamese dishes that could satisfy any palate.
We decided to start with the BBQ pork, which was cooked to perfection. The meat was tender and juicy and had a wonderful smoky flavor that enhanced the dish.
The fried calamari rings had a light and crunchy texture that was very satisfying. The pork legs were also excellent; they were cooked until they were tender and full of flavor.
The green beans were cooked just right, with a nice balance of crispness and flavor. We found the egg noodle soup to be especially delicious.
The noodles were cooked to the perfect al dente texture, and the soup had a wonderful, rich flavor. We were also impressed with the Vietnamese dim sum selection.
There were several varieties to choose from, including steamed buns, shrimp dumplings, and pork dumplings. The dumplings were especially good; they were filled with a flavorful mixture of meat, vegetables, and spices.
The steamed buns were fresh and light, and the shrimp dumplings were cooked perfectly.
We also enjoyed the huge selection of crawfish that Kim Son had to offer. The crawfish were cooked just right; they had a wonderful flavor and were very satisfying.
We also liked the big selection of desserts that Kim Son had to offer. From cakes to flans, there was something for everyone.
Although Kim Son had a lot of wonderful dishes to offer, there were also some drawbacks.
For instance, the oysters were very small in size. We felt that they could have been larger, which would have made them more satisfying.
Additionally, the lines at the buffet were very long. This was a bit of a nuisance and detracted from our overall experience.

Pros
- Affordable
- Authentic Lebanese food
Cons
- Burned gyro meat
- Dry baklava
Upon entering Dimassi’s Mediterranean Buffet, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere and were immediately drawn in by the delightful aromas of traditional Lebanese food.
At first glance, we could see the ample selection of Mediterranean dishes, from falafel to shish-taouk, and our expectations were high.
Starting with the falafel, we were pleased to find the texture and flavor were spot-on. The crunchy exterior was perfectly complemented by the earthy interior, expertly seasoned with herbs and spices.
We tasted hints of parsley, cumin, and coriander, all of which blended together perfectly. The accompanying hummus was also a highlight; creamy, subtle, and perfectly balanced in flavor.
We finished it off with a drizzle of garlic sauce which was a great addition, adding a gentle yet flavorful kick.
The lentil soup was also a standout; it was thick and hearty, with a good balance of flavor. We could taste the subtle sweetness of carrots and the earthiness of the lentils, all perfectly seasoned with a hint of cinnamon.
The final touch was a splash of lemon juice, which added the perfect amount of acidity.
The lamb shanks were a disappointment, however. The meat was overcooked and dry, and the flavor was too mild.
We could taste a hint of cumin, but it was overwhelmed by the other spices. The accompanying garlic sauce was a nice accompaniment, but it didn’t do much to enhance the flavor of the meat.
Finally, the baklava was a letdown. The pastry was dry and lacked flavor.
We could taste a faint hint of honey and rosewater, but it was overpowered by the overly sweet syrup topping.

Pros
- Savory hot pot
- Plenty of seating
- Super clean
Cons
- Limited food options
We recently visited the 75 BBQ and Hot Pot Buffet, and we left with full bellies.
For starters, we thought it was great that they had plenty of seating and it was so clean inside!
As soon as we were seated, we were presented with an impressive array of hot pot options. The restaurant offers an unlimited hot pot option, and you can choose from a selection of seafood, vegetables, and meats.
We opted for the seafood broth and were impressed by the diversity of our selections. We were served octopus, blue crab, mussels, and our choice of BBQ meats, as well as a variety of vegetables.
It wasn’t difficult to follow the instructions to use the hot pot for cooking our food to perfection, and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful.
We particularly enjoyed the blue crab, which was not too fishy and had a nice firm texture. The mussels were also fresh, and the BBQ meats were soaked in marinade and had hardly any fat.
The service was also top-notch. Our server was knowledgeable and helpful, and he was able to answer all of our questions and make sure we were happy with our selections.
He was also accommodating when we requested more of one type of food or another.
The only downside we experienced was the limited food options. While the hot pot was delicious, there were not many other food items available.
The restaurant offers a few side dishes, such as fried rice and noodles, but nothing more than that.

Pros
- Very clean
- Great selection of seafood and dim sum
- All-you-can-eat sushi
Cons
- Rude service
- Drinks not refilled
We recently ate at Hibachi Grill & Buffet, and it was an experience that won’t soon be forgotten. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were met with a bustling atmosphere that was both exciting and inviting.
We liked that the restaurant was kept in pristine condition, and the tables were impeccably clean and well laid out. Our favorite was the all-you-can-eat sushi selection, as it was vast, and we couldn’t wait to get started.
From the traditional maki rolls to specialty rolls like the Spider Roll and Dragon Roll, we were able to sample a wide variety of flavors. The sushi was expertly prepared and incredibly fresh.
We also had the opportunity to try some of the restaurant’s signature dishes, such as tempura shrimp and nigiri sushi. The presentation was beautiful, and the taste was even better.
The seafood buffet was equally impressive. We were able to sample a great selection of items, including steamed lobster, clams, mussels, and oysters.
Each item was cooked to perfection, and the flavor of the seafood was superb. In addition to the seafood, there was also a great selection of dim sum. We especially enjoyed the steamed pork buns, fried dumplings, and shrimp dumplings.
Although the food was excellent, the service was a bit of a letdown. We found the wait staff to be rather rude and unhelpful.
They were slow to refill our drinks and even slower to take our orders. We also felt that our requests for more napkins were met with disdain.

Pros
- All you can eat BBQ
- Bumping music
- Modern and trendy atmosphere
Cons
- Rushed service
- Semi-frozen meat
Jin Korean BBQ is a modern and trendy restaurant that offers all-you-can-eat kbbq. Jin’s hip atmosphere is perfect for a casual hangout with friends–at least, that’s what we’ve heard.
With bumping music and an impressive variety of side dishes, it’s easy to see why Jin has become a popular favorite in the area.
Upon entering Jin, we were immediately impressed with the modern and trendy interior. The bright colors and music created an energetic atmosphere that made for a fun and lively dining experience.
While they have plenty of other dishes on their menu, we got their unlimited kbbq buffet. We
liked how the brisket and miso chicken pieces we were given were mainly meat and not fat.
The only thing is, some of the pieces we got were still semi-frozen, so we had to wait a bit.
Despite this, their setup made it easy for us to cook our meats however crisp we wanted. We thought it was great how their brisket and miso chicken retained the flavors from their marinade after being on the grill.
We also liked the wide selection of side dishes available, from kimchi to fried potatoes and more. These side dishes provided us with a diverse array of flavors and textures, allowing us to sample different offerings and build our perfect plates.
But we didn’t like how the service was rushed as we found ourselves in a hurry to finish our food.
