The first thing we noticed about them was how easy their reservation process is. You simply have to get on their website and pay a deposit and you pretty much got yourself a vehicle.

We also really like how they’re open 24/7. If you’re in need of a last-minute booking anytime, you can call their number to reserve.

Keep in mind that they have higher rates for peak periods and events. If you’re looking to reserve for prom or a birthday, do expect higher prices.

Also, they don’t offer any refunds for any deposits made. In case your event is canceled or you no longer plan on attending, you won’t be able to get your pre-payment back.

This is really unfortunate as you don’t know if you’ll be needing to cancel their services. 

Also, they have extra charges for waiting time. They give you a one-hour grace period, but if there is any additional waiting time, you will have to pay depending on your vehicle type.

Overall, we’d still recommend Elite Limousines Houston for its seamless reservation process and their 24/7 availability.

What we liked about Blue Star Limousine is how they could accommodate any group size. You could book them for corporate meetings and even for special occasions.

They also allow last-minute bookings so long as they have a vehicle available. It’s best to book a few hours before once you know you’d be needing a ride so that they can accommodate you.

Compared to other services, they do have a smaller variety of vehicles. However, if you’re just availing of their limousine services then this won’t really be an issue.

Also, if you’re availing of pick-up or drop-off services, you’ll need to pay additional fees for wait times and additional stops.

For wait times, you’ll have to pay $3 per minute and for additional stops, that’s $35 per stop. These fees can add up pretty quickly so keep these in mind prior to booking with them.

Lastly, their 40% required deposit upon booking is also non-refundable. Try to make sure that your event doesn’t fall through before availing their services.

Overall, we’re still pretty happy with how Blue Star Limousine could accommodate last-minute bookings and small or large group sizes.

What really impressed us is their fleet of vehicles. They have everything from SUVs, Sedans, to Party Busses and Stretch Limousines.

We like limo services with more vehicles as you get to book with them for any occasion you might have.

We were also pretty impressed with how they have an in-house mechanic and detailing personnel. This just makes you feel as if their vehicles are cared for inside and out. 

Compared to a lot of other limo services, they’ve also got pretty good rates. You might want to call ahead for any possible additional fees you may incur as they don’t really let you know upfront.

One of our complaints would be how their vehicle capacity isn’t accurate. They claim that their limousine could accommodate 26 people when it could really just seat around 21 people.

Try calling in advance to let them know how many people are riding the vehicle so they can suggest the best one for you.

Also, some cars need some repairs with their AUX and Bluetooth. Other than that, we’re pretty happy with the wide array of vehicles to choose from especially given the good rates.
