What’s more, she said that the nurse practitioner didn’t push her to get the procedure done right away. The nurse wanted to make sure our team member was fully informed and comfortable with the process before moving forward. 

Plus, the nurse practitioner took the time to listen to our team member’s concerns and answered all of her questions. It made the latter feel comfortable and confident in the procedure.
