Despite this, we found that the prices of the parts they sell are generally affordable – even competitive. And in the customer interactions we witnessed, the sales staff at Brimmer Graveyard often lowered the cost of new parts to nearly half of the market price. 

Furthermore, we thought it was great that they provided clear and detailed breakdowns of the prices for each part, making it easy for customers to understand what they are paying for.

One of our team members recently visited Texas Junk Car Crash Out in Houston to sell his old car. We asked him to review the salvage yard for us.

On the downside, we found that purchasing from Big Cat Auto Salvage required a significant amount of time and effort on the customer’s part. A fair amount of paperwork was involved and the salvage yard requests a lot of info too. 

This was not necessarily a problem, but we noted it took time to gather all the necessary information and coordinate the process with the Big Cat Auto Salvage team.

One of our team members recently needed salvage parts for their car repair, so they decided to try Williams Auto Salvage. 

Right away, she thought it was great how the staff displayed immediate friendly service and hospitality in welcoming her. She liked how they didn’t waste time and immediately inquired about her car needs. 

Yet, she thought that the organization of the parts at Williams Auto Salvage could use some improvement. Some parts were not properly labeled or stored, which made it difficult to find what she needed. 

She said that she had to spend a lot of time searching through piles of parts to find what she was looking for.

Thankfully, the staff knew about their inventory and could provide her with the parts she needed. They even helped her save money by pointing out some less expensive, high-quality options.

However, there was a catch to purchasing new parts at Williams Auto Salvage. To get the new part she needed, she had to exchange the broken part. 

What was great about this was that the staff were flexible in their payment/deposit policy. Instead of paying in cash, our team member opted to use her warranty in exchange for the part, which she’d get back if she gave them the damaged part within 30 days.  

Besides this, ordering and receiving her parts was easy and seamless. The parts arrived within a few days of ordering and were packaged well, so there was no damage during shipping.

Saul Espana Auto Salvage is a well-known auto salvage yard in the area. The staff at Saul Espana Auto Salvage was described to us as highly skilled and knowledgeable in the field of auto salvage. 

This is what we were told by many of their customers, who recommended them to us. So, one of our team members went to Saul Espana Auto Salvage not too long ago to get some replacement pieces for his car and try them out. 

The first impression wasn’t great. Our guy found that Saul Espana Auto Salvage had outdated facilities. The office and waiting area were disorganized and not the cleanest.

Moreover, the warranty offered by Saul Espana Auto Service is a testament to the quality of their work. While the warranty period depends on the type of part purchased, our tester found that the pricing at Saul Espana Auto Service was transparent and fair.
