Getting Personal: The 5 Best Personal Trainers in Houston

Getting Personal The 5 Best Personal Trainers in Houston
  • Affordable pricing: One of the reasons why most people don’t get personal trainings in Houston is because they’re expensive. Thus, the best personal trainers in Houston should be as affordable as they are effective!
  • Personal and group training available: Some people like to train with others, but some like to train by themselves, too - thus, we’re looking for personal trainers in Houston that cater for both personal and group training!
  • Professional trainers: We’re looking for personal trainers in Houston with enough experience to help us exercise efficiently with a well-tailored, personalized training regimen!
  • Online training available: There are times when in-person training can be impossible for anyone - thus, the ideal personal trainers in Houston should also accommodate online training for those who can’t go out, too!
  • Opens early/closes late: Ideally, personal trainers in Houston should be able to cater to everyone - that’s why they should ideally open early for early birds and close late for those of us that work during the day!

Pros

  • Open throughout the entire day
  • Easy consultation process
  • Research-driven training
  • Per-session payment
  • Professional trainers

Cons

  • No online training

A personal training service in Houston that can help you get in shape in record time with your regimen, Catalyst Personal Training separates itself by catering to every Houstonian by being open throughout the day!

Yes, unlike other personal trainers in Houston that close for an hour or two after their opening time, you can visit Catalyst Personal Training from when they open at 5 AM to their closing time at 9 PM, giving them a clear edge compared to other gyms.

You’ll also find the booking process for their consultations to be relatively easy too. With just a few clicks, you too can get Catalyst Personal Training’s tried-and-tested, research-driven training regimen for your dream bod with the help of their trainers!

The only thing where Catalyst Personal Training falls short is their lack of online training. Yes, their online consultation form is very convenient and you can secure your spot in an instant, but you can’t get their classes from your home.

Then again, you’re not wasting your money, since Catalyst Personal Training offers payment per session. For the best value for money, we suggest the more expensive, $650 12 Sessions plan. It’s a lot cheaper than their $75 single session in the long run!

Pros

  • Great for every individual
  • Virtual training available
  • Nutritional guidance available
  • VIP-style treatment

Cons

  • Only open until noon on the weekends

A personal trainer service in Houston that caters to everyone who needs them the most, Fast Results Fitness promises to deliver fast results for every individual out there all packaged in an exclusive, luxurious gym.

Fast Results Fitness prides themselves by providing a VIP-style gym room for their clients by using VIP rooms and private, one-on-one coaching. Their private, in-person training also gives you 30 minutes to an hour of their excellent training regimen!

They also help boost their clients’ progress even further by providing them with an easy diet plan that’s easy to stick to. Fast Results Fitness also provides a meal planning service if you want something that’s both nutritious and delicious at the same time, too.

Fast Results Fitness is also open for the vast majority of days, except for the weekends when they’re only open until noon. Though it’s better compared to other personal trainer services in Houston, it can be a miss if you want to exercise on weekend afternoons.

But this shred of inconvenience is nothing when you compare it with Fast Results Fitness’s professional trainers who cater perfectly to every single one of their clients and can help drive them toward the direction that they’ve always wanted to be.

Pros

  • Great training regimen
  • Affordable training prices
  • Online training available
  • David’s YouTube channel is a great refresher

Cons

  • Closed on the weekends

With an excellent training regimen and a trained personal trainer to help you with your dream bod, David Zabinski Fitness offers a different twist on the personal trainer in Houston stereotype by giving you training that can help you “improve your life”!

To those unaware, David Zabinski is a licensed personal trainer who has been in the business for years – even winning some awards on his time as a trainer, too! He also has a YouTube channel full of exercise tips and tricks, making it perfect for a refresher.

With that, you can expect his classes to be just as rigorous as his qualifications – and you’ll be right on the money for that one, too! The classes are challenging, and he offers a great training regimen that can help you develop both your mind and your body.

David Zabinski Fitness also has online training if you can’t visit them on their address, too! It will cost you the same $100 for a 55-minute session, which is the same as going there yourself.

That being said though, 1he only thing we don’t like about David Zabinski Fitness is that they’re closed on the weekends, and that’s it. Pretty much everything about them makes them worthy of the title of being one of the better personal trainers in Houston!

Pros

  • Lots of miscellaneous training
  • Free Consultation
  • Free diet plans on sign-up
  • Affordable pricing

Cons

  • Shorter sessions

Located just a street away from the local Office Depot, IPT Training Academy Fitness Gym gives Houstonians a different kind of fitness journey by presenting them with plenty of different personal training regimens for you to try out!

Unlike other personal trainers in Houston that primarily offer weight loss and muscle building, IPT Training Academy Fitness Gym offers personal boxing training and specialized sports if you want to spice up your exercise a little bit.

Better still, they also offer free consultation services to help you determine which training will suit you the best at the given moment and with your goals in mind. Signing up for them also means that you can get free diet plans for them as well!

We do have to warn you that IPT Training Academy Fitness Gym does have a shorter time for personal training – with some of them lasting from 35 – 45 minutes usually. They can last for an hour, but it will depend on the class.

The short training time makes sense for their prices though, especially when you consider that the general price of their classes goes for around $35 – $53 per session, per hour, and an average of $50 -$90 for more high-end training regimen.

Pros

  • Professional, licensed trainer
  • Quality equipment
  • Free first session
  • Plenty of classes available

Cons

  • No set price on classes

With a licensed, award-winning trainer, Ace Platinum Fitness provides lots of classes for you to try out if you want to take your fitness journey to the next level!

We like their gym, too! Every piece of equipment they have is of high quality, which we can feel just from trying them out. And with Acie helping you out with your training, you can make full use of their equipment.

Speaking of their training, his Personal Training Program is sure to whip you into shape, too! Not only does he assess you on what you currently need accurately, he can also provide you with a training regimen that’s specifically designed for you.

While Ace Platinum Fitness does have free consultations – and even a free 50-minute class if it’s your first time – any classes after that will cost you a lot of money. And if you ask us, we can’t put a set price into it, since it will depend on your chosen program.

Then again, Ace Platinum Fitness has plenty of class choices for you to choose from, especially when you consider that they have lots of classes that you can take part in, other than their personal training – the HIIT is a great way to keep your blood running!
