Coltivare’s menu offers a diverse range of Italian-inspired dishes, from the classic Margherita Pizza to the hearty Pan Roasted Trout.
The chefs at Coltivare are dedicated to using only the freshest ingredients, with many of their vegetables and herbs sourced from their on-site garden. The result is a deliciously fresh and flavorful menu.
We fell in love with Coltivare’s house-made pasta. The Ricotta Gnocchi with parmesan and greens is a standout, with the slow-cooked cheese creating a rich, creamy sauce that perfectly complements the silky pasta.
The service at Coltivare is top-notch. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and always happy to offer recommendations or answer any questions you may have.
However, Coltivare can have long wait times, especially during peak hours. Reservations are recommended.
Parents with young children may also want to think twice before bringing the whole family. Coltivare is not “kid-friendly” — unless your kids are miniature foodies who appreciate artisanal ingredients and gourmet dishes!

Don’t even get us started with their sauces. Each one is a masterpiece in its own right, bursting with flavor and fragrance that left us dreaming about it for days.
We were impressed by the restaurant’s friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were excited to guide us through the menu.
Unfortunately, Trattoria Sofia’s no-pets policy means our furry friend won’t be able to taste the heavenly homemade pasta.
While Trattoria Sofia’s food is undeniably delicious, their small seating area can make for a tight squeeze during peak dining hours. Reserve a table as early as possible.
