Molly Maid’s customized services are split into residential and light commercial cleaning. The former includes assistance with maintaining your apartment or condo. The latter primarily covers small businesses, offices, and retail spaces.  

Whichever you need, both can be recurring or one-time. What clients appreciate most about these visits is the maids’ consistency in keeping spaces organized and smelling fresh, while remaining kind and friendly. 

Sadly, not everyone was fully satisfied. Some encountered tardy cleaners who left uncleaned windows or grimy wood floors, making the nearly $600 for a deep clean feel overpriced or misleading. This is especially important, since initial quotes ranged from $100 to $350.

Home, office, rental, and renovation—these are the spaces Merry Maids has cleaned for over 40 years. Clients are grateful for the efficient, professional maids who assist with everything from one-time deep cleans to regular maintenance. 

One thing we find worth noting is that they don’t just clean—they are thoughtful enough to work the way the client prefers. Because of this, many customers end up re-booking the bonded and insured team. 

Still, others decided not to return. This was usually due to an underdone $300 deep clean or to unexpected charges for cleaners who requested extra hours after not finishing on time.
