No matter the package—Basic ($900+), Premium ($1,150+), or The Luxe Pour ($1,800+)—expect beautiful décor and delicious, photo-ready drinks. You can also have them delivered and set up buffet-style or add a coffee-and-pastries feature.

Whether it’s Jeanette or one of her expert bartenders, cocktails and mocktails are crafted to match your chosen theme. It can be Hawaiian, fall, 80s, or something entirely your own, brought to life in their trailer or gold shimmer bars. 

But since Texas law doesn’t allow them to supply alcohol, you will have to buy it yourself using their detailed shopping list. Nonetheless, their liability and liquor insurance gave us peace of mind in the event of accidents, even though others reported occasional rude customer service.

Founded by best friends Lisa and Dawn, The Spirited Soirée’s trailer bar brings warmth and vibrant energy to any party. Their website gallery, featuring smiling clients and guests from bridal showers, weddings, and holiday events, speaks for itself. 

Most gatherings take place in backyards or at-home settings, and we were impressed by how they create an enjoyable ambiance with string lights or speakeasy-style décor. Customers, meanwhile, love having a hand in crafting their own drink menu.

All packages can accommodate 1–100 guests for a total of six hours, including setup and clean-up. The Beer-and-Wine Only option starts at $1,200, and adding classic cocktails plus two signature drinks bumps the base price to $1,500–$1,800.

Given their dry-hire nature, they offer complimentary (though sometimes delayed) alcohol pick-up. A few clients find the $500 deposit high, but Lisa’s over six years of bartending, and Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission (TABC) certification make it fair.

Having worked with top brands like Crown Royal and Cover Girl, and crafted cocktails for famous figures Simone Biles and Laura Brown, Southern Pours really caught our attention. And their standout name is matched by equally impressive professionalism. 

Clients say so themselves, praising co-owner Victoria’s on-point communication and smooth planning. However, some mentioned unreturned emails and limited guidance on drink selection, indicating room for improvement on the management team’s part. 

By package, most start with the $450 Bar Fundamentals package, which includes tools, equipment, and an expert bartender for four hours. From there, clients supply their preferred beer, wine, and liquor, as part of Southern Pours’ compliance with Texas law. 

They’ve served at weddings, White Linen Night parties, and Bridgerton-themed bridal showers. Whatever the event, custom cocktails—made from Diet Coke, cranberry, and other ingredients—and signature margaritas are always a hit among guests.

It’s not only the beautifully presented, but well-crafted beverages people can’t get enough of at The Traveling Spirit. They are also all for the welcoming atmosphere of the adorable bar or coffee carts, staffed by efficient, friendly bartenders and baristas. 

Others even loved the service so much that they now book the team year after year for Christmas parties, soft launches, and birthdays. Big names like American Express, Raising Cane’s, and The Skin Clinic are part of their growing client list. 

Every occasion runs smoothly with a guided, fully customized drink lineup. Still, some clients hesitate when they see uncommon spirits on the alcohol shopping list they receive, unsure whether to order them online or find them locally.   

What makes things better is the cocktail classes, which double as an interactive bar where guests can get hands-on with cocktail-making. But given their cumulative pricing, where add-ons stack on the total, we found it a bit steep for those on a set budget.

What first drew us to Sippin’ Pretty Mobile Bar was the obvious passion and dedication poured into every detail. That’s from the flavorful cocktails and mocktails to the meticulously styled bohemian setup, complete with flowers, stands, and glassware.  

Many clients give special mention to Savannah, an expert mixologist, and her co-owner/partner in life, Josh. Whether it’s family-friendly events or work functions, they’re known to deliver a personalized experience that goes beyond expectations. 

Ideas come to life with the Mobile Bar ($800+) and Portable Bar ($500+) packages, serving 50 to 200 people. Those with a bigger budget can add a 30-beverage Grazing Cocktails for $350 or a self-serve Frozen Bar at $100 per hour. 

Each package includes three hours of service, and everything is provided except the alcohol, which you’re required to buy yourself. To secure your spot, book months in advance. Last-minute requests are difficult to accommodate, given the small team.
